    Went in to ask if they had a part for my laptop. Only geek squad worker helping 2 others ahead of me said it would just be a couple mins. I waited almost 40 mins before a 2nd worker came out and then was told i have to have a appt. To simply ask if they could get a part. Than the appt could only be made for several hrs later? Why couldnt they just tell me that from the start!
