    My mom is homebound due to medical issues. She needed a new phone so we did an upgrade online and had the phone delivered to the house. The brand new phone had issues where the s pen worked on the screen, but touch did not. Took the phone to this store for a warranty exchange. The rep here just handed me the box with the new phone in it and said just set it up at home. I told him I'm not leaving until I know this phone works. He skipped all the transfer of info, made a "test call" and said there ya go and walked away. Now I can not get into her google account or anything. Just lost all pics, contacts, everything because this guy was lazy and didn't want to transfer her info. I'm taking her to T-mobile tomorrow 🤬

    If I could give zero stars I would. Walked into this Verizon store for help with my phone. Three gentle men were sitting down in a row. The gentleman at the end, (African American male that worked Friday night 6 pm on 12/19/25) asked me what are you here for? As I explained my trouble with the phone he remained seated, listened and gave no response, remained seated the whole time. I said can you help me with that? He still said nothing, rolled his lip down and shook his head no. I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service I walked out. Before I left I said “great customer service” as I was so upset, he smiled at me and said “thanks, bye”. It is so unbelievable what is now considered acceptable in terms of customer service. Very disappointing.

    I received a phone call from someone that claimed to be from this store. They were supposedly wanting to sell me an upgrade. They wouldn't identify themselves and they said the manager that was " standing right there" said they didn't have to give a last name so I can verify they work for Verizon. I have been with Verizon for a very long time. There has never been a time I've received a call from a local store for sales unless I prompted that call. Judging by the terrible reviews for this location based on the attitudes described, it may very well have been this store. But, I was informed by Verizon that they DO NOT have stores call out to customers offering promotions so this store is violating corporate policies. I worked in sales for over 8 years and when you are cold calling a customer like that you DO NOT behave that way. The individual I spoke to was rude, arrogant, and laughing at me for questioning why the call was happening ( particularly when I had been assured within the past year that I had been placed on the do not upsell/do not call list). One of the names I was given was Brian or Bryan ( not sure the spelling) I forget the other name that was given. But when I asked for last name or employee number they said i can come up there to talk to them? Seemed like an attempt to fish for information. If this was a valid call, the manager of a corporate owned Verizon store should know that especially near Christmas, New Years, or before tax season, people are more protective of their information. This was really really inappropriate and unprofessional if this was conducted by the store. Do better.

    Verizon told me I could trade in my tablet for a set amount, even after I called ahead and confirmed that a small spider crack was acceptable. But when I got to the store, they suddenly tried to give me only $65 and said I couldn’t get the original trade-in value I was promised. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Very shady. I advise others not to trust this store.
