He spent a long period of time troubleshooting the technical issues with my phone with corporate. If you want excellent customer service go to this location. Do not go to the chesterfield Gratiot ave store. My daughter went there last week. The staff was extremely unprofessional and intimidating with their personal loud inappropriate conversations.
