- JDJoan Dawsey1 day ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with this service and what Ben told me was not true. I went into the store and said I will do the special IF my cost was not over 124.00 plus tax a month. He assured me that would be true. Then we proceeded and near the end he said .. right now the watch is free on this special. IT WAS NOT FREE my bill is now an estimated of $149.00 a month without any support from this store too. I went in to return (this has never been activated to use) and I was basically told I was lying that was never said. IT WAS SAID. I was leaving and another man was walking into store because of how upset he was.Please be aware of the 1/2 truths given to customers . He was paying off his phone and not coming back.Please be careful at the Chelsea store.
