I had to borrow the money to pay it. I explained to Jordan about what had happened, he was kind & helpful BUT DAMAGE WAS DONE! NOW I OWE 20.00 FOR RECONNECTION FEE( WHICH IT SHOULDNT OF BEEN TURNED OFF CUZ I WAS TOLD 2X IT WILL BE OK ON 1/ 23. THANK YOU JORDAN FOR YOUR HELP & SUPPORT ETHEL BROOKS
