    I’ve always went to this location with no issues until my terrible experience on black Friday when I added a phone, iPad and two Iwatches to my account. I was charged setup & go fees when none of my devices were setup by the associate. She tried to setup one device but their WiFi was terrible and after being there for 3 hours I said I’d take my devices home to setup myself. The watches were Christmas gifts so they couldn’t be setup anyway. I’ve since been in contact with the store manager (Terrin) and at first he was helpful but now doesn’t return calls or texts. He said he was working on getting me a refund but nothing to date… Even more recent I get send directly to voicemail when I call… hidden fees isn’t a good business look especially when they aren’t even setting up your devices. I’m out $170 for me setting up my devices? I don’t think so! I will not go to this location again.

    The two associates were very polite and helpful during my visit. Lindsey was knowledgeable about my needs. She really cared about assisting my needs. Will definitely be back.
