I was Little hesitant at first, but I believe it was the best decision I made Jacob who was my rep at the Verizon store in Cedar Springs Michigan was just outstandingly awesome and very patient. Due to all the problems with the last carrier and the phones, it took over 3 1/2 hours to transfer these phones but jack did an awesome job. Very patient very curious and only that he helped me get the best deal I could get had Verizon now for a few weeks very happy with the new phone iPhone, and very happy with the customer service and their website specially reading my bill and items like that so great decision I made wish I did a six years ago
