Hi! I transferred 3 phones and ipad to verizon on January 14th. I am writing this to let you know how great of a help Samantha Latimer alias Sam was. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure transfer was smooth. She patiently addressed all of my concerns related to transfer and i must say she is a great asset to your store. Wait times are abysmal!
We were 8th in line and the lady that was first was waiting a whole hour to be served.
Half of the staff were just sitting around either on their phones (not work phones or tablets) or chitchatting while a line of frustrated customers are sitting.
Respect people's time please... We don't have 2-3 hours to wait around for your incompetences and lack of efficiency!
Verizon I'd highly recommend you have a regional manager audit and pay this store a visit as this is not the first time I have come in this store and conditions were this poor.

Very bad experience with Verizon.
Verizon advertises promotions and special offers online and even posts large promotional ads and contest posters outside their stores to attract customers. However, when you actually go to the store, they tell you that the promotion does not exist or that they “don’t know anything about it.”
The staff was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and showed zero interest in assisting customers. Their attitude was rude, careless, and honestly very disappointing. Instead of explaining or honoring their own advertisements, they simply dismiss you.
This feels like misleading advertising and a complete waste of time. Verizon seriously needs to improve transparency and customer service. I would not recommend dealing with this store.

Very unprofessional staff working there at the moment. They are very rude. I would say most of them. They don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know nothing about the system how it works. They are ripping people off left and right the lady over there messed up the billing big time and transfer my line To another device I don’t need and I came back and she was so rude and she said she knows what she’s doing and the worst. She lies big times. I’m not gonna mention her name. Let the management find out. But at this moment, avoid the store at all cost.
