He was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough - spending nearly three hours investigating the issue and getting everything corrected. I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise. If you ever try to reach someone at the corporate level, be prepared to wait on hold for hours, get transferred endlessly, and still end up with no real help. The entire structure of the company feels broken, filled with uninformed employees who seem completely disconnected from the customer experience. That being said, the Canton Ford Road location is the one exception. Saphie and Matt are the rare bright spots in an otherwise terrible company. They are patient, professional, and genuinely care about helping people. If you decide to do business with Verizon, which I wouldn’t recommend in general, you’d be smart to skip every other store and head straight to the Canton Ford Road location. Ask for Saphie — he’ll actually treat you like your time matters.

He intentionally set me up for failure on the phone with a call center acting like I was trying to steal or scam. He directly wasted several hours of my life. Bad karma will get him. He is pathetic
