The staff mostly sat behind the counter and waited for customers to approach them rather than being attentive or proactive. There was very little engagement, which made the process feel slow and unhelpful. In contrast, the Verizon location in Kentwood is much better—far more helpful, quicker, and genuinely attentive to customers as soon as you walk in. The difference in customer service between the two locations is noticeable. I’d recommend going to the Kentwood store if you want efficient and engaged service.
