Had such a great experience with Kelly! From the moment I met her, I felt so comfortable—she just has the best energy. She explains everything in a way that actually makes sense and feels really reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares. So glad I found her, highly recommend!

I have been to this dermatology office three times. The first two visits were with a different doctor. I decided to book this last visit with Dr. Bosenbroek (I just know I butchered that - sorry) after doing a little research & reading some good reviews on her practice & care. I came in with consistent cystic acne problems. I’ve had these issues since I was 9 years old & have tried everything - and I mean everything - to cure it. I’ve used multiple treatments such as lots of different kinds of medication, birth control, acutane, natural tea tree oil, certain soaps and moisturizers, blemish patches, etc. Unfortunately, my skin is extremely sensitive as well. You can see how this would be an unfortunate pairing. The only thing that has worked consistently is Spironolactone. I was taking that before getting pregnant. Once I found out I was pregnant, I stopped. However, I did not like some of the side effects & I would like to stop taking medication if it’s not necessary due to some lifestyle choices. I presented these things to the assistant who walked me to my room. She was great and very personable. However, I was disappointed with the doctor’s care. I didn’t feel as if she was personable at all. She recognized that we hadn’t met before & we introduced one another as she walked in the door. Immediately, she jumped right into why medication is what she would recommend without even asking me about my history, what my face has been doing, or why I’m even there. Not to mention, my appointment started 20 minutes later than it was suppose to & I felt rushed during the entire conversation. I felt like I couldn’t get a word in during the appointment & I didn’t feel heard at all. When she left, the assistant provided very helpful feedback & walked me through all that the doctor explained. Like I mentioned before, she was wonderful. I’m really disappointed in the doctor’s practice, however. I left that appointment extremely disappointed, unheard & disheartened. I’m not sure if this is worth mentioning because I have no clue if it was about me or not. But before the doctor came in, I thought I heard my name behind the door & briefly following I heard a voice say, “How do they expect to get better without medication?” I’m not even sure if this was related to me, but after the visit with the doctor, I feel as if it was about me. It seems like a logical conclusion. However, it is very possible it wasn’t. I do not wish any disrespect on the doctor or other practitioners at this facility, but in my personal opinion, I haven’t felt heard or seen at any of my appointments. I will not be coming back to this dermatologist office.
