Ally was awesome! I’ve been thinking about switching providers, but this was the best experience I’ve had at any phone store after a decade of being a Cricket customer. She was super professional and patient; they only had one kiosk working and she made me comfortable during the entire process, despite there being a dozen walk-ins while I was there. Truly appreciative and will be sticking with Cricket for sure now. Purchased a new iPhone and watch, thank you Ally!

Had to rearrange some phone lines and the lady made it super confusing. First, nothing is private. They talk loud and share personal data. They tell you a phone is free, but then come to fond out only with a certain plan. Then, they are talking to other employees about other customers issues while they are helping you. I was trying to setup my lo with their own line, after their spouse passed. They charged $46 for a line transfer, and it was a new account. My head was so scrambled when I left that place that I'm glad they are not my service provider. My LO will most likely transfer im the future. YIKES!
