  I contacted Schultz Pest Control (also listed as Green Earth Remediation) on their website and received a call from Darian. I told him I would like an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for 4-29-26 at noon. Tuesday I received an alert on my phone that someone was at my house. When I pulled up my cameras I saw that they were out spraying my home for insects. I called Darian and he told me that I was scheduled for service today. When I told him that I've never received a quote and that he was supposed to come out Wednesday at noon he told me I wasn't on the schedule for a quote. It ended up with him invoicing me for $175 service which I insisted he credit immediately. Legally in the state of Michigan they cannot perform a service without a signed contract. It was clear to me that this isn't the first time they have done this to someone. I've yet to receive the credit for the invoice. They have violated several Michigan laws for pesticide applications. If Darian had admitted his mistake and apologized, this review would have taken a totally different direction. Unfortunately, that is not the decision he made. No estimate received, no signed contract, no notification left on my door, I only knew they were there because of my security cameras.

  Joe and Matt were friendly and professional. They texted us on their arrival time which was within the scheduled time. They worked efficiently and answered all our questions. The final work looks great and they gave us a tour of the completed work. I highly recommend them.

  Joe and Anthony did such a great job on our project. They were professional, explained the process and time frame and the final product looks so nice. I appreciated how they used floor coverings, even wore the little boot covers to ensure carpets and floors were protected.l and cleaned up when they were finished. Would 100% recommend Green Earth Remediation!

  Friends recently had a system installed and were very pleased. We saw Green Earth's booth at the Grand Rapids Home & Garden show back in February and signed up for a Radon test. The Monday after the show they called and we scheduled a test for later that week. One of their staff came out and set everything up. Test takes a couple of days. When it was done he came back and showed us the "not good" results. It was 3 times the passable level. With that information we went ahead and scheduled the installation of a Radon remediation system at what I thought was a very fair price. Their installer showed up on the scheduled day and within a few hours we had the new system up and running. Very professional install. A short time later they brought the test equipment out and after the prescribed time came back and showed us the "new" test results which were well below the minimum acceptable levels. Very pleased. No high pressure sales. Staff were polite and easy to work with. Answered all our questions. I give them a five-star rating and would at minimum recommend you have them come and test your home for Radon.

  Green Earth Remediation was one of the best companies we have ever worked with through the years. Matt, Joe and the others were knowledgeable, informative, respectful and honest. They came out, explained what they were going to do and what levels the radon would be at after they were done. They honored their promise. We highly recommend this company. You will not be sorry. Plus, the price was affordable.
