    This phone questionnaire was addressed to my dead husband- who was the very person whom was dropped and deleted from the account.So there’s that. Secondly, the $5 that was promised for doing the evaluation was sent immediately to me Only to say “Oops! This coupon has expired” What an experience Verizon. So glad The CEO, etc are getting theirs. So glad you got the response you wanted before having to pay out because one has to answer beforehand. Otherwise,the selected store was much faster and efficient than the last one I went to. It paid to Look up responses by others. I took a star off hoping Verizon would notice but otherwise the Sydney was great. Even the guy we had to call at Verizon was very helpful and friendly.

    Sydney is absolutely amazing! Helped me transfer everything over, explained everything in so much detail, and made sure all of the appropriate discounts were applied to my account. She was super friendly and personable, and her supervisor kept checking in between helping customers, to make sure things were going smoothly. Great experience!

    DaVonta here at Verizon on Center Rd. has been awesome! Good & friendly, happy to help surrounding environment that he works in. I was able to switch carriers to Verizon, get a brand new phone to my liking, along with walking away with internet by Verizon:). So good at what he does, he’s 100% made this past Tuesday a very smooth & quick process for me.
