The salesman had 5 layers on, I had on thermals under my clothes and was still freezing. You’d think a company that sells $1000 phones all day could keep the place warm. Jeremy was awesome! Get this guy a space heater!

We requested to see footage to see if it was someone we may know and was told manager just left. We ask to call the manager the associate called a man named Alex told him "the people who left their phone here are back" um first of all ive never even been to this location i told the kid my phone was stolen on Saturday with a dead battery and it was now Tuesday and it turned up here. But he informed us he doesnt have access to footage that the owner that lives out of state and runs "over 50" other verizons and we probably wont hear from them no time soon. The situation was complicated because we didn't want to involve police if it was a family member but these people are no help. And they have no access to footage so dont see how they handle their theft in store. 😒😏
