We got charged over $500 for a phone that was claimed as “free”. I had asked many times if it was actually free or if we had too pay out of pocket at all. Was told only the tax on the phone had too be paid out of pocket. She then took my card an ran it behind the counter for over $500. We then went back and they tried too act like it was our fault. We then had too wait 48 hours too get the money back. We also traded in a 16 pro max from AT&T for the $800. This was in September it’s now January and it has been nothing but a fight back a forth too get out money. They took the phone and still haven’t gave the money for the phone. We have been approved and told it would take 24-48 too receive because of how long it has been. Still haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted the better business bureau too file a complaint, an will be taking this too small claims court. Please be very careful before you do anything with this store. I’ve never had issues at any other store other than this one! An the customer service workers are no help at all, an very untrained

Very unprofessional staff and company. The employees have no power to do anything and just point to a paper to call an international number. When I was sitting in the store there were 4 employees messing around on their phones and 5 customers just calling numbers and doing their work for them. After giving up on moving a line to a different carrier who was happy to help me

Dude who has been “working there for 30 years” doesn’t know how to properly delete an iPhone back to factory settings. Rude customer service and no patience. Manager isn’t much better but at least kept his composure.
