Everything is ran on computers and apps nowadays it was tough getting any information unless you're the soul name on the account.. 🤷 all I was trying to do was share a link to a uploaded video on the cloud to have the main vet have a look at the felines behavior.. it's not that big of a deal but when you're worried about your animal friend and days are going by.. it's tuff

I have two dogs and we take them both here for care - one dog very nervous / angry at the vet. The staff is so patient and flexible with him in order to give the care he needs!

The vets and all the people that work at VCA Brighton are so compassionate and so kind. It shows in everything they do, from answering the phones, scheduling, and checking in. They find a way to fit you in when you need them. They take the time with you when you need it. And for us, they made a very difficult day for us so much better when we had to put our dog down.

If your looking for a place to use your dog to make money off you then you found the right place if you are struggling and can’t afford much definitely not the place to take them they are all about money at this place taking care of animals comes second to these people money comes first I’m already on a payment plan with them I can’t get off now and I still have to take my dog to a different place that cares more about helping animals then making a bunch of money don’t fall for there scam like I did get your animals neutered or spayed for free at the Humane Society or this place called all about pets they are there to help and no rip you off it’s a lot harder to get into these places but it’s worth it for your dog who knows what these people do to there animals but they definitely don’t treat them like family id never do a family member the way they did me first my bill was 500 then I had to wait a week to get the money so it went to 1700 these people are disgusting for the way they do their customers and how they treat their animals Extremely disappointed
