They lied to me and said they canceled my geek squad membership charged me anyways and took 100 points off my credit report history cuz I didn't pay the bill cuz I thought it was canceled. Best buy screwed me and I will never shop there again.
- RSRachel SolgatMar 12, 20261.0Was happy with the customer service at the store, and purchased a dishwasher and paid a $150 installation fee, plus the kit fee. A third party came to install the dishwasher and that third party also charged us a $100 fee for a wrap around dishwasher install. We have purchased 5 dishwashers and have had the same wrap around install and have never had to pay an additional fee. This is completely unacceptable…$250 to install a dishwasher???? Not only that…but the third party didn’t even put the hose in properly and took a shortcut. We will be going through Lowe’s or Home Depot for our appliances from now on.
