Both Noelle and Jay got on the line and FOUGHT for us to get our money back for not one but TWO phones we never had! Verizon tried saying that they could only refund us 3 months out of the time we were paying for the phones but again those 2 amazing reps went above and beyond to make sure it was made right!! From now on if we need to do anything with Verizon we will be going there!! If you 2 ever leave that company it would be a HUGE loss for them!
