I knew I was going to be charged for taxes, but neither of the other fees were disclosed. I also bought my last phone outright, so there was never a balance. Upon going back and questioning the charges I was told “we charge these with all new phones”. Very dishonest business practices. Edit: This has been resolved so I’m raising to a two star review, but the fact that it happened in the first place, and required further escalation beyond the store management still speaks volumes.

I ended up upgrading plans and also getting a new phone with his help as well. Thank you for the great customer service Travis!
