Son's phone was hacked women at Big Rapids store said she has worked there six years and that can't happen 😆😆 well it was a Verizon number son went to Verizon and yep now police are involved. I guess though if you trust a cheap phone provider you get what you pay for. Lesson learned

As i went back to my car, an employee walked up and said they had to run to the bank-ok no big deal. I came back again to purchase a new phone and again, business hours, the door is locked. Several customers waiting outside. Try calling and they push your call away. Terrible customer service at this location.
