  I wish I could give this a no star review. They dont even deserve a 1 star. I tried to go to there store yesterday and the lights were off, online the hours say they are 10-7. I was there around 12 so I just left. This doesnt happen when the tall dark hair guy opens. I think he was fairly new guy i think his name was caleb he would have helped

  The team at the Benzonia Verizon store have been great to work with - making a recent phone upgrade as painless as possible and also in trying to work out an issue with my account. Nic in particular was helpful in getting my new phone setup quickly as well as following up and helping resolve an issue with Verizon.

  Just got my phone about a month ago as a early Christmas present from my.husband who also got a phone so very happy with my new phone and my representative Caleb was extremely helpful through the whole process with my phone from helping me transfer my number to making sure that all of photos and everything transfered over. I will definitely be going to see Caleb again.he had a really good attitude the whole time we were there he even helped me get in touch with my old company to be able to unlock my phone from the 3rd party Verizon people that I previously had went through and the 30 minutes that we sat there and waited for the unlock code he had a conversation with both me and my husband. I highly recommend Caleb for all your Verizon needs

  Horrible customer service! We went to the Benzonia Verizon Store looking to purchase two new phones and a new IPad. After 4 hrs we walked out with only one new phone. Apparently they only had one Android and one IPad which was being held for a customer who’s mother said do not sell him a phone since it was her account not his. Well Paige (who was our representative) was trying get it off hold . She called corporate for help and they said they would take care of it and for us to return the next day. Well when we returned the following day nothing was rectified. Paige called again and was told it would take 3hrs for it to be taken off hold status. We told we were not waiting another 3 hrs and she asked if they could expedite they process. They then told her their system was down and it would be 2hrs. Well she said she would call us the following day. Which we waited to hear from her but got no follow up call. Very disappointed. Also when we got there, one of the employees came in with some pizza and sodas . Paige excused herself from us and went into the back room. She came out some minutes later chewing on pizza with a soda in her hand. While we were working on getting the phone and iPad she continued to slurp on her soda. If that wasn’t bad enough another male employee came in with a bag of Doritos and was asked to help the lady sitting next to us with her phone. He opened the bag of Doritos and was eating them as he took care of her. So unprofessional!!! Also we just our statement today and it increased by $135 dollars and for what? Very disappointed in Verizon . May have to switch Carriers.
