    I went to Verizon on Belleville Road in Belleville Michigan this morning because my phone had died the night before . I met James who helped me pick out another phone as well as the accessories I needed with my new phone .He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took with me and answering all the questions and concerns I had . This store is very lucky to have him . Thank you James for the great customer service
