Many times my wife and I almost gave up, yet he persevered and kept us grounded. By the end of the ordeal we chuckled after hours of deciphering broken English and climbing supervisor ladders. I could tell we were 1-2 Supervisors from the president of Verizon by the end no doubt. He went above and beyond ensuring we left happy even after all the trouble. Some say he once fixed a problem just by glaring at it. Others claim he runs on pure caffeine and quiet rage against inefficiency. It’s also rumored that printers don’t jam when he’s around, traffic lights turn green out of respect, and Wi-Fi signals get stronger just to impress him. All I know is: when Michael’s on the job, things get done right — the first time.
