They bundled internet that apparently, they didn't check to see if it would work at my address, which it did not. Had to make another trip to the store to return the internet. I was quoted $160 a month, and my bills were NEVER that. They were $268, $220, and $280. I called corporate after failed attempts to get this store to fix my bill. Corporate said they would mail me return labels to send the phones back and I would not owe for the phone because of the many mistakes and inconvenience. I mailed my phones back and Verizon received them on 09/05. They proceeded to STEAL $1,923 from my account for the phones on 09/28. This is the same date that all of my autopayments come from my account. Stealing this money depleted the funds in my account and caused all of my other payments to overdraft and eventually the bank stopped paying. I now owe several hundreds of dollars in fees to my bank and several hundred dollars in return fees to each company that my payment was not successful with. Verizon took over 2 weeks to refund my $1,923. Not to mention the additional hours this has caused me in figuring out who I owe to catch up payments that were not processed as they should have been. And, Verizon is now refusing any compensation for all of the additional money they have cost me in fees. Switching to Verizon has cost me over $1,500 in incorrect bills, taxes on the phones, the $50 fee the store charged me to put the smart switch apps on my phone without disclosing, and now fees that they are refusing to reimburse. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Trust me.
