Jon was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in helping me add new phone lines and get the best deal. Everyone in the store was friendly as well- Melissa and Alishia also assisted. Initially I was not happy, because the store closest to me was not great and I had to make a long drive to this location instead- but I’m happy I did. The service I received was worth the drive and I trust this locations’ expertise and will return there for any other needs.

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in two months ago to switch to prepaid, isaac and his manager convinced me to upgrade our phones to new ones and get two free iPads for $261 a month. Well since then my bill has been $305. I tried returning my phones after the first week and he told me to “wait until we activate the second phone and if it doesn’t reflect right his manger would correct our bill” so we went in when it wasn’t right and they went in the back , came back 15 minutes later and said they applied a $32 credit PER month for 36 months to fix the amount of our bill.. never showed up on the bill so we went back in and the actual store manager said “idk why he said that cause we aren’t able to even do that” and now at this point we aren’t able to return the phones… no one in that store is helping even with screenshot proof. They lie, take advantage, and avoid fixing their issues.

Isaac was incredibly nice and laid back. He fought for his life on the phone with store support trying to help me keep my old phone number. We got something worked out in the end but he was very helpful the entire time.
My only complaint about the store is they need more comfortable seating. I’m young so it isn’t terrible for me but my disabled mother had an extremely hard time sitting in their chairs and eventually had to go sit in the car because it’s physically impossible for her to stand for as long as we were there.
So awesome staff but I understand those tall wooden chairs look nice and all, but comfort should come first for people like my mother.

If there was an option to leave ZERO stars I would!! Went in to treat myself to a new phone. Was unable to view my upgrade until I had paid for it. Once paid for phone I was handed a lower quality phone. When I said I don't want it they tried to charge me $50 on the spot for a restocking fee. I will not be returning to the store in Bay City. I will be contacting Verizon and going back to my old phone ZERO STARS!!!!
