    I had told the seller to order the iPhone 17 Pro, but when the phone finally arrived, I got home, opened the box, and realized it was the 17 Pro Max instead. I went back to the store to let them know they ordered the wrong phone, and they told me I had to pay $50 because I had already opened the box. I explained that I would have no problem paying the $50 if the mistake was mine but it wasn’t. They were the ones who placed the wrong order. Unfortunately, the manager wasn’t helpful either. I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and have never had an issue with this store until now. This experience was disappointing, and I hope it can be resolved fairly.

    I could not be happier with the service Thomas provided us today. He went above and beyond expectations. This Verizon store in Battlecreek will now be my go to for everything!!!

    Excellent. Very helpful. Installed a new sim card for free. Can't recall the young ladie's name but she had some metal installed in her lower lip. She was most helpful.

    The rep here was rude and lied to us. When I told him what the site told me, he was a smart ass. He was rude to my wife as well. I've never left that store as angry as I did today. If I decide to go back, I will request not to deal with him even if I have to wait. If that's the caliber of customer reps you hire now, I'll take my business elsewhere. When I told him that I wanted a Galaxy Fold 6 for the stylus, he tried telling me that none of the Fold line had one. I showed him my Fold 3. He then proceeded to tell me that I could use it with a Fold 7. I told him "No, it doesn't have the digitizer in it". He also tried charging my wife sixty dollars for a screen protector! I work in IT, I work with phones on a regular basis. I know when someone is full of it because I've already done my homework and know what I'm talking about when I go in. I was lied not once, but multiple times. He even lied to cover his initial lie and became a smartass when I corrected him. I have never had a rep at this store treat my wife and I in this way, to the point where I refuse to deal with this rep again. I would rather deal with my broken Fold 3 than buy a phone from this guy.
