He went above and beyond to help is with the most affordable new plan and phone. He was warm and personable and really made the experience a positive one. Mike was also very friendly and helpful with questions and such. We left there and my husband and I both commented on what excellent customer service we got. We are grateful!

Each time I went in I was told the subscriptions were taken off the account. When in fact, the subscriptions remained on my account.I stopped in into an independently owned store in Lansing, Michigan. I stopped into an independently owned store in Lansing, Michigan, and finally got the subscriptions taken off of my account. I was told by the manager of the independently owned store in Lansing that the people in Battle Creek get commission off those types of sales. I’m glad they were able to get the commissions for things. I asked them to take off of my account. Never will I step foot in the Battle Creek store ever again.

I went to the store in Battle Creek and received excellent service from Mike . He spent a LONG time to make sure we had service before we left. The next day I came back to get internet and Austin was great! As seniors I really appreciate the service I received.
