- JPJordynn PeetJan 22, 20192.0Came in 22 January about 10 am and the woman working was extremely rude. She was not interested in helping me whatsoever. She did not ask if I wanted to keep the SIM card I had in my phone and almost threw it away, I had to tell her I needed it still and ask for something to tape it on. After I had paid I then had to ask what my phone number was because she gave me no information. Customer service training is definitely needed. I would go to another cricket store next time.
