  Came here to pickup a washing machine and was honestly blown away by this location's store and service. The store was very clean, with all departments well setup and stocked with working demos of all products on display. Typically I can find a bunch of products with non-working demos, but everything here appeared to be setup and displayed perfectly. As my wife and I browsed the store to kill some time, we were quickly greeted and offered assistance in each department by exceptionally friendly staff. When it came time to load up our washing machine, no less than 3 employees, including a manager, came out to assist us. The box ended up being slightly too large for the car, but a manager gave us his own bungee cables to secure it in place so that we could take the washer home right then instead of coming back again later. Super helpful and friendly - just a great overall experience that is tough to come by nowadays. Will definitely be back!

  I ask if they could get help put on a screen protector on my phone I bought off on Amazon. The lady said sure but she couldn’t do it. I waited for a hour and some min. She kept messing up and messed up the screen protector i bought off of amazon. So she decided to throw it away and decided to give me a smaller screen protector on my phone in there stores and charged me 30 dollars. She said she charged me 30 dollars to put on the screen protector on. I was like what? I thought it was free. She said nope if you can't pay for it I can just take it back off. Pretty sure I got scammed. I won't be back. Third part stores wouldn't struggle or charge you to put on screen protectors. Instead of charging me 30 dollars she should give me my money back for the screen protector I bought of on Amazon and handed to her and trusted that she could do if but couldn't.

  been a few years since I've been in a Best Buy. this store was well stocked with all of the tech I'd expect from a Best Buy and more. what really impressed me was how well the tech was displayed/presented so that you could get a sense of the products before you buy. home theaters on blast, cameras and computers out to turn on and use. I'm not doing it justice, most products were out of box in a way that enabled a sensory preview which you don't get to experience much anymore

  Worst management ever went to buy something that they had on the shelf got to checkout and they say oh that was not ment for sale yet like thats not my problem u stocked it ..... they refused to sell it to me asked for them to ask a higher up to fix the problem i am a customer and she would not even lift a finger to do anything I would go to any other before this one
