  Worst store ever. I came to return a device within the 30-day Worry-Free Guarantee and this representative refused to do it because there wasn't a manager present to override the sale. Okay, I can understand needing an override.... but to refuse me any documentation that states I initiated a return within the 30 days, refused to give me her name and refused to give me her store code.... unacceptable. Worst customer service ever. Headed to a different store, the manager there explained that all of her actions were wrong - yes, she can return my device. I'm back at the original store and what do you know? She magically received an override from her manager and is returning my things. We're taking our money to another store. Avoid this store!!! Unless Josh is working - he seems to be the only one that knows what he's doing without trying to scam customers. Looks like from my receipt for my return her name is RAWAN A.

  Total scam, avoid. I wanted to move my family’s 4 lines to Verizon and thought it would be easier to do it live. lol! Didn’t realize I was just inserting a used car salesman into the transaction. They tried to charge me a $300 per phone—$1200!!—“store fee” for the privilege of moving my business to Verizon. They refused to honor national deals that Verizon was advertising *literally on the wall of their store*. They kept trying to make me sign things before telling me which phone they had in stock or how much the service would cost. Just call the Verizon 800 number—they are extremely helpful and efficient and actually paid me $400 to bring my business to them in addition to honoring their advertised specials. Unlike the folks at this store, who will just give you the hard sell and try to rip you off. Avoid at all costs.
