Didn’t realize I was just inserting a used car salesman into the transaction. They tried to charge me a $300 per phone—$1200!!—“store fee” for the privilege of moving my business to Verizon. They refused to honor national deals that Verizon was advertising *literally on the wall of their store*. They kept trying to make me sign things before telling me which phone they had in stock or how much the service would cost. Just call the Verizon 800 number—they are extremely helpful and efficient and actually paid me $400 to bring my business to them in addition to honoring their advertised specials. Unlike the folks at this store, who will just give you the hard sell and try to rip you off. Avoid at all costs.
