  Want to be deceived, go to Verizon. My experience with Verizon is the worst and I recommend to be as cautious as possible while discussing and taking any plan from Verizon. I was with Xfinity, paying $65/month for two lines including taxes. I had two watch lines from Verizon, my total was coming around $96/month which included 2 watch device payment too and I was told to move my lives to Verizon and my monthly will go down. However, I end up paying $132/month without watch device payment as I cleared it up. Surprisingly when I went there to talk about it and they told they can't help and asked me to downgrade myself to welcome plan 😔. Finally, I paid off my device which was supposed to be free as they have me $800 credit when I wasoving from Xfinity. I decided to move to T Mobile pre-paid and now I am paying $45 for 2 phone lines and 2 watch lines - a whopping monthly saving of more than $85/month which is a saving of more than $1000/year. I am extremely happy that I moved out of Verizon which actually looted money out of my pocket and that was little more than $1000 in three month. Be cautious, keep everything in writing, don't believe what is being said to you... Because they get sign in so many places and usually customer doesn't have time to read and review those terms.... Highly disappointed

  I ordered an upgraded wireless internet gateway via the app and didn't get any guidance on returning the old one. Called customer service and they said to drop it at this location. Turns out that's not exactly the protocol. KaRon was excellent to work with. Sorted out the return of the old internet device. While we were on with central customer service sorting that out, he saw that he could get me a new iPhone, lower my monthly bill by a little, and save me money on Netflix/HBO.

  My husband and I went here after being very frustrated with the corporate online customer service. While the associate was not able to help us get phones, they took time to answer all of our questions and more. They helped us determine the next step to get our issue resolved as well. We will be coming here again when we get our next phones.
