Awesome customer service from Max! He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about a specific product I was trying to find for my son. Also gave me some pointers on a few locations that he could enjoy his new hobby and learn more about it. We will definitely be back!

We brought a tv in for a Black Friday exchange we set our brand new tv down we bought not even 2 days ago and the two workers moved the tv from were we originally put it then said the screen was shattered you could clear as day see someone had pressed down very hard with there fingers(wasn’t us by the way) when we had set it down it wasn’t shattered at all!! Leading us to not get our Black Friday exchange and a cracked tv! So a zero star review should be made! But sierra and Madison are wonderful managers and workers that resolve every single issues we’ve ever had!

Beware of the restocking fee. They charge 15% on returns. I returned a camera due to it over heating and communicated that to the cashier upon returning my item. They acknowledged that they knew that the type of camera I bought had that defect. You would think they wouldn't stock items that they know have such a defect. I had also purchased the 2 year warranty on the camera when I bought it. They still charged me the restocking fee of over $120 but under the Michigan consumer protection law, I should have been refunded for a defective item and protected by my warranty. The staff prefered to be rude and obnoxious at this location instead of resolving my issue. Corporate says they legally should have returned my money. Refunds have to be done by the unknowledgable employees at the store who refused to refund me in the first place. Worst experience ever. I will never purchase my high dollar electronics from best buy. Also, their location phone number just leads to corporate customer service who cannot do anything for you so good luck resolving any issues.
