  I had my phone repaired here, and they told me it would be ready at 4:10. When I arrived, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to pick it up. They really need to respect people’s time and either honor their commitments or provide a realistic service timeline. Not everyone has the flexibility to “come back later,” especially when they have other responsibilities or live far away.

  The attitude of their staff varies significantly. There are very friendly ones, and there are who-cares-whatsoever ones. Given the amount of foot traffic they have, not all of them care about politeness and good manners toward customers.

  I usually expect a smooth and knowledgeable support experience at Apple Stores, but unfortunately this location fell short in my case. I visited this store four separate times to resolve an issue pairing my Apple Watch with a new iPhone. During each visit, I was given different basic troubleshooting steps such as updating the phone OS, updating the watch OS, trying to pair with another iPhone, etc. I was repeatedly transferred from one service agent to another, but no one was able to identify or resolve the root cause. After the fourth visit, I provided my feedback to the store managed/lead and left quite frustrated without a solution. I then visited another Apple Store, where a single agent spent about an hour troubleshooting and ultimately resolved the issue in one visit. This experience highlighted a lack of ownership and continuity at this location. While the staff were polite, the repeated visits and inconsistent support made the process unnecessarily time-consuming.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but this little apple shop deserves every star. From the moment I walked in the smell of fresh fruit hit me — bright, sweet, and impossibly crisp. The display was gorgeous: perfectly stacked Honeycrisps, shiny Gala rows, a small bin of tart Granny Smiths, and a handful of unusual heirloom varieties I’d never seen before. I mentioned I wanted something for snacking and the worker — who introduced himself as Dave — immediately launched into a mock "apple sommelier" routine, pairing each variety with a goofy one-liner that had the whole shop laughing. He handed me a sample slice and then, without missing a beat, recommended a 3-minute stovetop glaze to make the best caramel apple I’ve ever tasted. Dave didn’t just joke — he paid attention. He asked what flavors I liked, suggested a mix for apple pie (Honeycrisp + a little Braeburn), and wrapped my purchase in brown paper like it was a tiny present. At the register he surprised me with a tiny sticker that said “Apple Aficionado” and shouted out a punny goodbye that still makes me smile. Prices were fair, the produce looked spotless, and the whole place felt like a neighborhood gem where everyone knows your name — and your favorite crunch level. If you want fresh apples, a friendly vibe, and a cashier who doubles as a stand-up comedian, this is the place. Highly recommend — I’ll be back next week.
