    Worst customer service ever. The customer leaves and he wants to put me in queue until after this guy comes back?! I would have been done already I just wanted the basic Android for a little over a hundred bucks and let's go and I'm done. You want me to wait for somebody that's not even in the store and I would have been done in a tenth of the time to wait

    Went i to Verizon (Alpena) for help with switching from an Android to an IPhone. I was assisted by Chris. He not only knew all the things I needed, he asked about my account and how he could assist. He offered deals and asked questions about my business needs. Great memory with all the info inputs as well! Overall great experience!
