My recent visit to the Verizon store in Alpena only reinforced that. Joe consistently delivers top-tier customer service — he’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure I was able to get exactly what they need without feeling rushed or pressured. He explains things clearly, answers every question, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. If he didn't know something off the top of his head he had the skills and knowledge to be able to find the information to help solve the problem. It is nice to find someone whose character and professionalism are this consistent everywhere you see them. If you stop into this location, Joe is absolutely the person you want to work with.

Certain apps would crash and phone glitches phones memory would be full even though I delet things.
