- AAAlexis AApr 12, 20263.0I would like to say the vet tech I believe is her title was amazing! I can’t remember her name but she was very kind. I am grateful for the free first visit, but also disappointed. I brought in a fecal sample as I was told to because they would test it, but in the app it tells me to bring it next time so they can evaluate, so the one I brought in didn’t even matter I’m guessing. That’s frustrating because I was worried about collecting the sample. We didn’t go through with the treatment plan yet, so I’m not sure if that’s why they didn’t even look at the sample. We got a few answers, but after that I’m not sure we will be returning.

Affordable vet care is very hard to come by now days but with VCA I have never had an issue with not being able to afford the care for my pets. Dr Bethany is always super nice and my dogs love her. When my dog Maximus got sick she mentioned the Care Club & I now have it for both of my pups. She has always been a big help & I would recommend this vet to anyone with pets including getting the Care Club for your animals. It’s made our lives so much easier & we can rest assured knowing our pups are cared for. Thank you VCA & thank you Dr Bethany. We appreciate you & the VCA team that helps care for Maximus & Nyla!
