I came in to upgrade two phones. I was looking for a 16 PM and Jess and Geraldine did everything they could to find me this phone. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the phone, but they helped me upgrade the other phone and I got a new apple watch instead. Very friendly, funny, and honest.

After visiting this store several times in the past few months, I am impressed with the service and understanding of the sales reps every time. As a local small business owner it is so valuable to have a local location to speak to face to face. Being unsuccessful resolving my issues over the phone with Verizon, I called in frustrated as a business customer. Greeted by Tarrance, Elonah and Ariana, they were patient and efficient with dealing with the customer service we had to engage with over the phone and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. They were pivotal in resolving my business service issues. Keshawn was also super helpful with all my questions! All the reps were very kind and could not have been more helpful. Thanks again guys!

Chris and Tone were great. They made sure I was taken care of and I would definitely recommend asking for those 2. I would recommend these guys to anybody that walks through that door or personally that I meet I greatly appreciate their business and I definitely will be back greatly satisfied

It was time for the kids to upgrade their phones. So we stopped in here the other day. We met Roberto. He was very helpful. He made sure we got exactly what they came in for. He had answers for the questions my kids had about the phones they had in mind. He made sure all the information they needed transfered was good to go. The store is clean and well lit. The displays are clean as well. It's a nice shop with people who take care of you, and don't sell you what you don't need.

I've been here twice now, the first time I worked with Kyla, the second time with Armond. Both of them were extremely professional, and got me in and out of the store very quickly. I want to applaud Kyla for being an excellent problem solver, she really applied herself and found a way to get my phone working. What a lifesaver! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my Verizon business. Thank you both!
