    went in to get a new screen protector (iphone 13 pro max) and I was immediately greeted by a person at the door and then somebody Who then took me to a table. Told her my issue and then they ask what kind of phone i have and went on a 20 minute talk to try to get me to switch over to them and get 5 new phones. I just came in for the screen protector, when my dad asked if they had the screen protectors they then said they didn’t have them and that’s why they offered the i phone 17 and other phones. i understand you need to meet certain metrics but playing with people’s time is crazy !! people have places to be and they should’ve said at the beginning that they didn’t have the protectors.

    This store offered us a package for internet! Then they started to overcharge us because of exactly that service, also we returned a cellphone to them with the cost of 104$ while they did overcharge us and also they did not give us the cost of returning cellphone. They did so disrespectful work. They have very bad customer service. NoONE RESPOND TO US
