I took my girlfriend in to switch over to my plan. We asked if her phone number could be ported over before buying and were told yes. Of course after spending a lot of time there and paying money for devices we were told there was an issue with the port and we would be called by Verizon and if it couldn’t port we could return them. When returning they refused to refund the screen protector and were rude. I’d highly recommend not doing business here as I found it to be a highly untrustworthy transaction.

In a previous career I worked in retail management (for a long time) and have not ever seen the level of excellent customer service, or experienced it myself, that my wife and I received from Austin at this store. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and very clearly went "above and beyond." He genuinely had our best interests in mind. Highly recommend Austin and this store.

If you ever need help with your Verizon account, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I encountered serious issues due to the lack of professionalism—particularly from an employee named Jimmy.
He added a Travel Pass to my account and told me it would cost $100 per month for international use. However, when I returned from my trip, I discovered $1,400 in international charges. When I reached out for assistance to resolve the issue, Jimmy ignored my messages and provided no support.
This was the same representative who handled my phone upgrade and assured me there would be no additional charges or plan changes. Despite that, I was later billed $550 for an early upgrade fee, which was never disclosed and was described as a “zero-dollar transaction.”
Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with Verizon. The lack of honesty and accountability at this location has caused me significant frustration and financial inconvenience. I do not recommend visiting this store

Unreliable and Disorganized — Don’t Waste Your Time!
I would not recommend this center to anyone. They completely mishandled my case and kept giving me different excuses instead of resolving the problem. It’s been months, and they still haven’t followed through on what they promised. Their lack of communication and accountability shows how poorly the place is managed.
