I usually do not do reviews but when its hurting my business I have to, stay away from Jay he lied so many times about my business account I gave him the benefit of the dought because I am also sales, everything he mentions when getting this plan was a lie my bill for 2 lines is over $450 a month bc of him not being truthful. Now everytime i reach out to him he does not pick up, my bill went from 165 to 472 a month. There are monthly supercharges that they can't explain, and get this when I record the conversation with the customer service they stated they can not talk to me even though they are recording all the calls, listen im not a male Karen I promise I be fair as God is my witness but when its effecting my business and my money its different. Do your self a favor do not get verizon for God sake stay away from Jay. I contemplating to get my attorney involved.

Terrible customer service, Nia lied to us saying we would receive a large credit for my father’s new iPhone if he traded in and upgraded, when I came back to drop off his old iphone I was assured by Jimmy that he would fix the credit mistake manually and they would contact me when it’s done, I called Nia because she gave me her number when selling us this new phone and said to call if I had any issues, left her a voicemail and never heard anything back, I called Jimmy and texted and never heard anything back, now we are stuck paying FULL PRICE for my elderly father’s new iPhone that he only agreed to buy if he was getting a good deal

Wasif at Verizon really looked out for me. I went in for a phone upgrade and he made the whole thing simple. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and he never tried to push anything I didn’t need. He was patient and made sure I walked out with the right phone for me. The whole experience felt smooth and chill because he actually knew what he was doing. If you need a new phone he’s the guy to go to.

Recently I came in to purchase a new phone and inquired about Verizon's Home Internet. I am a disabled veteran that experienced a long wait where the seating was inadequate and non ADA compliant.
I passed on the phone and agreed to try the Home Internet. During the installation experience although the installer was very professional. The salesman "Wasif" did not provide the service which he assured and represented was available.
It was not and will be returning the Home Internet equipment. "Wasif" sales practices were deceptive and unprofessional and made false statements just to achieve a sale!
The Verizon store in Allen Park is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
