- MRMatthew RaineyJan 3, 20261.0When we first started taking our puppy here there was little to no issue other than the extreme pricing which I later found out is considered the worst pricing when it comes to vets in the downriver area, On 1/2/2026 We brought our puppy in to get labs because she ate something that can kill red blood cells in dogs, when we went in there was no communication between people inside, we were told that we needed to bring a fecal sample for something she was tested for less than a month ago, while inside we where told we didn't need to do that, the lady at the front desk said that my puppy didn't need a heartworm test which we already knew then proceeded to say that they cant even do one until 1 year old, then we got sat in a room, and the doctor came in and stated we would be getting a heartworm and tick testing done, we kindly asked why as they said they cant do it until 1 year AND WE DIDNT NEED IT DONE, they said oh well you can add it on if you would like to, I said no, I'm asking why I'm being charged a chem (11) if you guys just need a normal blood draw normal (CBC) Blood labs should only cost 75-200 we where charged $300 and then they wanted us to do a (UA) which was fine but then they came in the room and said you have to do it yourself and if you cant get it done We would have to repay $30 every time we couldn't get it done, Thankfully i have a good pup who was able to get it done within 10 minutes

The last two visits, with tests, vaccines and veterinary services, we're almost $1,000.00 for a new puppy. Not to mention all the things needed for a new pup. Not sure if we can really afford this place.

They were very respectful and how they handled everything even allowing me to take care of all the needs of the appointment before leaving so that I wouldn’t have to stand in the lobby after the loss of my pet. I got a beautiful card in the mail and I had a beautiful paw print done of my animal and I cannot say enough good things about this facility.
