From the moment she came into the room, she had the warmest energy and spoke to me like someone who’s known me forever. Her communication is clear, kind, and reassuring and exactly what you need when your pet is nervous. My kittens 2nd visit and wasn’t cooperative with the vet doc, but Kayla handled her with such patience, confidence, and genuine care. She was gentle, loving, and completely unflustered. You can tell she truly loves her job and treats every animal like her own. If I could request Kayla every visit, I would. She made the entire experience smooth, safe, and comfortable for both me and my kitten. VCA is lucky to have her. Highly recommend

His brother, Tobbie still strong and still a young pup today is due for his vaccines and checkup. But the thing is this vet clinic charge is way too high. I'm not rich. I love my fur baby and might have to find somewhere else for him to go to instead of this place. I've trusted this place ever since my first dog came there but now it seems like they charge more and more. There's some of us pet owners couldn't afford to pay such skyrocketed prices and this needs to be looked into, because we care about our babies getting affordable care and live a healthy life
