  Stopped in to ZAGG at the mall and got my protector replaced super fast. Very friendly service. Hope not to crack the new one soon but if I do it’s an easy transaction to get it replaced

  Josh was awesome! We showed up with two phones 5 minutes before closing and he couldn’t have been nicer! Said it was no problem and took time and patience with both phones and had a great attitude! Need more employees like Josh at EVERY COMPANY!!

  Ever since the first one I got, I have ALWAYS highly recommended Zagg screen protectors to everyone, and for good reason. On top of that, Joseph at the Maine Mall Kiosk is always so friendly and extremely helpful. He does a great job EVERY time and is a pleasure to work with. If you dont already use Zagg products, do yourself a favor and start today!

  I love this place! Any time our screen protector cracks, we just bring it here and it gets replaced for $12. No hassle, it just gets done - and the young man who works there is SO nice! Good customer service is getting harder to find in this world, but it can definitely be found at the ZAGG kiosk at the Maine Mall. Highly recommend!

  We’ve always trusted the ZAGG kiosk with this phone. From the day we bought it, every screen protector came from that kiosk. Josh—though his name might be Joseph—or another employee handled every replacement. This last time, he applied one right after removing another he had just put on. That first one broke and was hard to remove, yet he still used the same type. Months later, we couldn’t remove it; the glass broke bit by bit. We worried we’d damage the screen, and I cut my finger trying. The scratches appeared exactly where he removed the glass. The day before, another employee told me other Samsung customers had the same issue, including small scratches. Despite that, he refused to admit anything. I offered my photos, but he refused to look. If scratches were there before, they’d have shown under the old protector. I saw them appear under the new one. Instead of accountability, he called me a liar. When I asked to speak to the owner, he asked security to have me leave. Now we must mail the phone to AT&T, and it must be flawless. If they don’t accept it, we pay and don’t get the phone back. I liked ZAGG for years. He was great before. But with no accountability, I won’t return.
