  Geek Squad is very helpful but possibly under staffed. I was in a few weeks ago, spoke to tech who was very helpful, made appt to bring in pc. Had to change appt, no problem but today when I arrived a different tech had to start from scratch with questions and they only schedule 20 minutes per appointment. It would be helpful if a description of services needed had been added to my appointment in the Geek Squad computer. Only one guy on duty to handle appointments and walk-ins who have questions

  Absolutely fantastic!!! Daryl Souzer is one of the best salespersons we have ever experienced. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Daryl spent a lot of time educating us and demonstrating various TV options. We purchased 2 LG 48" TV's. Daryl scheduled installation the next day! Benji arrived on time and removed our old TV. Ed and Shawn arrived on time and mounted one of the TV's in the bedroom and fully educated us on using the TV. Our entire experience with Best Buy was absolutely outstanding!!! Daryl, Benji, Ed and Shawn were all exceptional, professional and helpful! Thank you!!!

  I used to love shopping at Best Buy. It was easy, you would walk in, go to the department, example appliances, and be waited on. Now, you have to give your name and it is entered into a computer and you have to wait! Customer service is not what it used to be.
