  Associates are friendly but unable to provide assistance with Apple ID account, as I look to recover a stolen device. I proceeded to replace the device via buying a new one, only to realize that the Apple Store price-gouged me and the same item is $50 less on Amazon and Walmart.

  A sub par Apple Store . Help was nil, or misleading. Wasted a half day driving there and back. And to add to that, definite ageism going on. If you are over 60, consider shopping elsewhere. I have had great experiences at Apple stores in Boston, DC, and Seattle. This one is awful.

  This was our third visit to this apple store for getting my wife's iphone screen replaced and they has a class on learning how to code with "Swift Playground." It was really cool, my daughter was into it and so was I. The dude was showing us how to use it and even showed me a couple of cool things on my iphone 17 as well. It was one of the coolest experiences I had in an Apple store in a long time.

  My charger port was dirty, so I came in for a cleaning. The service was great and fantastic! The charger port is now extremely clean and I don’t have a problem charging anymore.
