  I bought a Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 a little over a year ago and was genuinely excited to switch back to Microsoft after a rough four‑year experience using a Mac. Unfortunately, I now regret the purchase. The screen has become fuzzy, and the text in my browsers appears distorted—some letters look darker while others appear lighter, making reading difficult. I tried using the ClearType tool, but it actually made the text look worse. On top of that, even the brightness and contrast don’t work synchronously, leaving the background of some videos unusually dark and uneven. I also purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription without realizing it was a yearly plan until I received an automatic renewal reminder. At this point, it feels like every electronic device I buy from this retailer breaks down within six months to a year. Maybe it’s time their technicians inspect their laptops more thoroughly before selling them.

  I called Best Buy & connected with an exceptional employee. Her name is Krea, She knows all products. Guess what? I do not. I was searching for is the HOTTEST 🔥 game! What's new & incoming?? She knew the answers in the big wide world of gamin, games, virtual realities & so on!! I asked Krea what new games are out-n-about in a red box with white stripes? I needed to find who what & where is the updated goodies!? It's no game it's the console!? What the best of the best, I wasn't tuned so my question was asked multiple X's. I haven't slept & that's no good. Day 2. hours & I'm shrinking;:) I asked what game is packaged in Red & White. What's the latest & greatest. What & why etc etc. The king Of BOZ. The one which outranks.All other's? Krea excels in the world of gaming consoles, remotes, chargers, She knows how to play which is crucial.Best Buy has a vested employee who knows what's up & this is uncommon She's super nice young she knows. She's the BOZ. Best Buy is ie like the Wzard of Oz. Her extensive product information will help the the much needed consumers make a decision on what to invest in. Without the consumer a store goes back to Kansas. Best buy isn't the investment Krea is! She's the reason the doors remain open & have a very close 5 star ⭐ ✨ rating. That's a valuable individual. She doesn't slack & or give the bear minimum to buyer's. She's an informative leader. She is the leader of BOZ PACK Vroom. Vroom. She is a car lover too, much like myself. Cars are awesome. On an highway in your trunk with the one & only passenger. My Tumi!! In ending thisvreptiyve saga.. Krea is great & deserves a BIG RAISE!!!! This is my option. Krea have a great day!!

  I just bought a $450 TV and they won't let me return a $30 remote that was 17 days after I bought it. But no they could allow me to return it if I bought their service plan for an additional $49.99. Totally frustrating, don't waste your time, won't ever shop there again they just lost another customer. Update for some reason my purchase was in fact eligible return as I purchased it through store pickup. I unfortunately learned that after going back home and had to go all the way back to the store. I ended up getting the return credited but still not satisfied with the in-store experience overall
