I didn’t want to attempt to do it on my own. I am so glad I did because he looked on my account and said “you still have your very old iPad” then asked me you didn’t want to take advantage of getting a free one with the purchase of your new phone. I was like WHAT😮 (I wasn’t told that on the phone by the company. What a nice guy to even mention that because I didn’t buy the phone in his store but he still took the time and check my account to make sure I was getting everything that Verizon has to offer. Well Christian got right on that and ordered it for me He had everything done within 45 minutes. THANK YOU Christian!
