If you are looking for answers for your animals health, best to go somewhere else. Instead of listening to you, they shove vaccines down your throat and tell you they won't examine your animal unless you do X,Y,Z which then costs about $1500 more in the end because you will have to bring your animal to a Urgent Care to get a legit answer. Very rude and could care less staff. Went in to have blood work for our cat, said she was fine and blood work was normal... went to urgent care a few weeks later and her BLOOD WORK was so far from normal. A "normal" range was 0-4 and our cat was at 14... but VCA said it came back all normal and nothing was wrong. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

I WAS HOPING TO GIVE THEM NO STARS. one start is to much. I DONT DO REVIEW BUT THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW. THIS WAS THE WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They were so rude.. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY, IM VERY POLITE, POSITIVE ENERGY. try speaking to the lady who was on the front desk and she just gave me complete attitude.. THE WAIT IS INSANE AND THE PRICE🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ IS SO CRAZY NOT EVEN WORTH it. They try and get you to do more then you need.. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY.. I pay almost$1000 dollars for literally all jokes side not even 5 mins I WILL DEFINITELY SAY THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT OUR BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS. To tell me nothing was wrong with her which in fact she was in labor mind you they should have see that in the xray. I don’t like putting anything or anyone down but this place SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

---UPDATE--- I would just like to say, although Dulci the receptionist may be entirely unpleasant to deal with, by being rude, short, and dismissive, the rest can not be said for the Admin team of VCA. A few weeks ago I received a call (and I said I'd update this, which I was very late on) from a miss Alberta. She was caring, professional, listened to this google complaint, and offered her sincerest apologies on behalf of the team. While Alberta was not able to provide an absolute fix to this (How could anyone?) it goes a long way to show their commitment to improving services, and listening to consumers. The original rating prior to this call was 1 star. While I truly wish I could give you 2.5 stars, I've decided to round up to 3 due to Alberta specifically, and her receptiveness. The fix provided, was only worth 2 total stars. It should be noted, I would still, not recommend their services. However, I would recommend they hire atleast 10 more Albertas. She was truly amazing. ---ORIGINAL--- I understand that vets are understaffed and I hope they're able to find more staffing, it's been 5+ years of being "understaffed" we once had 3 dogs go here, now only 1, after this 0. All dogs are alive, this establishment is just so unbelievably rude, dismissive, and overbooked that none of our dogs can receive care. Dulcie, the secretary, she could not be less impressed nor caring of her job. My senior dog needs his medical records sent to two places (me and dentist), you'd think I had asked her to count to 1 million over the phone. Incredibly rude, wouldn't get any advice from doctors on my current situation. Zero 'bedside manner' in the slightest. The only information Dulcie could give after refusing to ask a Vet was "put him on wet food" as if the 16yo dog is not already on wet food, and as if I had not just said that his tooth is falling out. Yall might be short staffed, if you fired Dulcie, you'd probably see a rise in productivity by eliminating rude people. Life long clients with 3 dogs 16,4, and 2, now you have 0/3. Used to be a great establishment, hopefully with expanded personnel (and new secretaries) you can be again!
