For 3 months they still were debiting my account. After going to Stillwater Bangor Maine I spoke with Colin. He found that my husband's phone was not shut down properly. He proceeded to follow up with a call to customer service at 2 different times. He expland it thoughly. Customer Service said they would have to take 3-5 days to research the charges. As to date still have not received an email or anything. Colin went over and above. However unfortunately I have lost $300.

- SSSandyOct 14, 20255.0The best service and experience we have ever had at a Verizon store. Chris, the manager, checked us in so we were all ready for the customer service employee to assist. Tucker waited on us and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Tucker and Chris both looked at our account and were able to get us great deals on new phones. We went in only to get my dad a new phone, but ended up getting three new phones because the deal was so good. Tucker made sure we had his card before we left and he told us to call him if our billing was not right as we expressed concern because we had a bad experience with that in the past. The service we got at this Bangor location totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tucker and Chris!
