Went to the appointment was told it would take a week and would cost 100$. 9 days later they arent answering their phone or returning messages, had to call best buy to arrange a manager to call me back, was told I would get a return call in 2-3 hrs that was 5hours ago. Not impressed and won't ever use them again. Worst customer service ever and I'm a spectrum customer.
