  Good location. Didn't have overly pushy sales associates that most locations i've been in other regions across the US. Was able to get a stock check and walk out with a nice new TV with no pressure for uneeded features in about 15 minutes.

  great experience changing the battery on my iPhone 13! Sami was super terrific, as were Aiden (sp?) and Marquis. We hit some snags (not their fault, Apple's) but they made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner. While I was waiting (and browsing stuff just out of boredom) a large number of employees asked me if I needed help. Great store. Already recommended to my coworkers.

  I ordered a new 65" TV for delivery in Bangor after my old one died, and the entire experience was excellent. I was able to schedule delivery for a day I knew I’d be home, which made everything very convenient. Best Buy also provided a checklist of things to do ahead of time, and that was extremely helpful. The tracking features were especially impressive. Being able to see the truck in real time and watch the delivery window update dynamically was such a great touch and made the whole process even easier. I have dogs, so being able to time things accurately meant I only had to put them outside in the backyard for a short time, which I really appreciated. Chris and Greg, the delivery team, were outstanding. They called before arriving, which was very reassuring, and they were both polite, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They got the TV into the house with no issues at all, and their courteous, friendly attitude really stood out. Chris and Greg made the delivery smooth and stress-free, and I’m truly grateful for the excellent service they provided. I love love LOVE my new TV! Thank you, Chris and Greg!

  The employee who rang up my purchase was not very helpful. I came in and showed him a product on my phone where the website said there’s one in stock. The website failed to mention that it was an open-box item and I assumed the lower price on the website was a sale price. He just quickly told me the store had none and tried to order me one for $300 more than the website price. He didn’t even try to offer me the open box item. Just went right to the charging me full price and making me wait option. If they really cared about the customer, they would help more honestly. We’re not talking about a $50 Blu Ray player here. I was there to make a huge $1,500 dollar purchase and the employee acted more like a con man than a sales man. Long story short, I bought the open box item and the employee seemed annoyed with me lol
