I waited several minutes without being checked in because 5 workers (2 of them being managers) were working with 2 small groups. However, it was not pressing enough to prevent the blonde worker from being able to walk out of the store for a minute with her biker club boyfriend (he was wearing a shirt and hat that advertised his club membership and a ball peen hammer in his back pocket) who was not a customer at that time. When I was finally helped and I pointed out my frustration with not at the very least being checked in, I was more or less told that managers do not provide such customer service. This was entirely unacceptable. I very much hope that this issue gets addressed soon, because I would hate to think that is type of customer service is the Verizon standard.

The version store in topsham is s great place to visit. The people are very happy to help and always fix my phone problems quickly and refuse to take a dime
Well worth the trip. The one at cooks corner in Brunswick is not as good but they have improved a lot

Horrible company here's my review of dealing with them for the past 6 months, first the orbic hotspot I bought off them didn't work at all, it would turn it's self off wouldn't connect to anything, so I paid my final bill and closed the account, a month later I get a bill from them saying I owe them for the next months billing cycle, so I call them up get a supervisor on the phone I was assured by the supervisor that my account had been closed and that they accidentally charged me for an extra month, and that I wouldn't need to pay it or worry about it that the bill was credited, next month I get the same bill again, so I called them again spoke to another supervisor who told me the same thing as the last one that it was a mistake on their part I wouldn't have to pay the bill it was credited nothing to worry about, and here it is 4 months later every month I got a bill I called them up spoke to a supervisor supervisor all told me the same thing I wouldn't be paying a bill that wasn't my fault, I spoke to six supervisors and two people at the corporate stores and the bill was never taken care of I ended up having to pay a bill I couldn't afford that wasn't my fault that I shouldn't have had to pay but did, so Verizon is a horrible company they take advantage of people who can't afford it bounce them around from phone to phone they're supervisors lie to people on the phone and the workers hang up on you instead of pushing you up to a supervisor that happened a few times do not ever get Verizon service is not worth it they will take advantage of you and charge you when you don't deserve to be charged and bleed you dry. Signed a disabled, dissatisfied ex-customer!!!!

The Augusta branch left me in a bind. Will in the Waterville shop really showed what customer service was all about. Although I still need to follow up on my upgrade, Will made sure he was the guy to do it. Keep it up, I appreciate your good work

My partner and I went to this location on Black Friday to explore options to upgrade. I’m purely giving five stars for the young man that helped us and the poor man who I assume was the manager who was running around helping everyone in the store.
Get these poor folks some more help!! While all the employees were busy the assumed manager was making sure people waiting were being acknowledged while trying to help the other workers. The employees were excellent! 1 star for Verizon for not having adequate staffing as I fear these employees were overwhelmed but never stopped smiling
