I recently try to work with Verizon to upgrade my wife's phone. They advertise that new and existing customers would get the same deal on an upgrade on an Apple phone. When went in there would pay off my wife's old phone but no offer off on the new phone. I was a customer for more than 25 years and it seems each time I upgrade I end up paying more. I wish they had a loyalty program. Sorry, I had to leave Verizon to go to US Cellular/T-Mobile. I recommend looking into their offer of both cellular and cellular WiFi. I not only dropped Verizon but also Spectrum and saved money.

Perhaps the worst company to ever exist. They constantly throttle bandwidth, and lie about what your active signal is. I won’t mention the amount of times I couldn’t BUY A PHONE because I wasn’t a SPOCK??? Even after I became a “SPOCK” they gave me trouble. DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNT WITH THIS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I want to commend all the Augusta, ME, Verizon Wireless staff. I lost my phone, and in my case, it required 3 visits to get my replacement iPhone and Apple Watch set up. I worked with 3 customer representatives. I can't express enough how well the team handled my situation with compassion based on my situation.
