The service was unprofessional, inefficient, and far below Best Buy’s standards.

I went in yesterday morning, trying to buy Pokémon, and I asked the young female associate working what all products they had available. She showed me a variety of products except for the Elite trainer box. I bought a booster bundle And after I finish my purchase, I asked about the elite trainer box. She walked over to the bin and pulled it out, but the employee next to her Said that you can only buy one Pokémon item. This is completely wrong and unfair. The employees are literally hiding products from customers. How am I supposed to know what you have available if you don't show me everything. Absolutely disgusting
