I also want to mention that I have had an extremely positive experience with this business when getting a new iPhone and trying to navigate sending the old one back and getting the new one I purchased up and running. I worked with Patrick back then, and he has since helped my Mom and my Dad on a couple of occasions, and was SO patient and helpful with them. The regular Verizon store is not helpful for people who need assistance getting their devices purchased and actually up and running. Patrick and the employees at Russell Cellular Verizon are gems, and I’m so glad they are here locally! From my Dad: “I purchased a new Samsung A175G Galaxy phone from Russell Cellular Verizon earlier this month. My family are repeat customers of this for good reasons. They are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in generously giving personal attention to us in both selecting the appropriate device, and helping us learn to use it. He actually knew what was holding us back, but the guru techs wouldn’t listen to him. Finally, it was resolved. I would highly recommend using this Verizon store. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I kinda knew what I wanted before I got there. So he also confirmed the android Ultra was the perfect fit for me!! I'm definitely not a computer guru but this phone is so awesome! He talked me thru everything to set it up and with all the deals that were going on at the time of my purchase and my galaxy 23plus trade-in, the price was amazing!!. Theo was an amazing guy and I'm very happy with my purchase!! Will definitely go there again! Thanks Theo!!
