Not only did he lie, but there is now an added $30 charge to my account. He also told me my previous phone plan was more expensive than my last and it was not and it’s actually $20 cheaper. This is my first time doing a trade-in in the store and will NEVER DO IN-STORE AGAIN. in total my phone bill went up $74. And this is a third party seller it’s not a Verizon corporate.
